Build Your Own Blend

Create a coffee blend made just for you. Choose your 2 favorite coffees, set your blend percentage, and we’ll roast and blend it in-house at Tin City Coffee Roasters.

Not sure where to start? Below are two of our recommendations.

Strong Coffee Drinker Blend

Sumatra Medium Roast 70%/ Java Dark Roast 30%

Sumatra gives the heavy body, earthy depth, and bold “strong coffee” feel. Java adds smoothness and keeps it from tasting too harsh.

The Espresso Blend

Colombia Excelso Medium Roast 60%/ Sumatra Dark Roast 40%

Colombia gives sweetness, balance, and a cleaner finish. Sumatra gives body, crema, and depth. This should work well for lattes and milk drinks without tasting flat.
