Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

This means that items are not pre-made but will be created and fulfilled once the sale closes. Production and processing will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the sale period ends.

Shipping Methods: Once production is complete, all orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your package. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Production + processing: 4–6 weeks after the sale closes

• Shipping transit time: 5–7 business days (domestic)

• International shipping times may vary based on location and customs.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
