Commercial orders will be roasted the 1st and residential orders will be roasted around the 15th. You can buy your coffee (limited quantities) and it will ship the day after we roast it!

Exchanges:

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:

All orders placed during this special 30-day sale will be produced after the promotional period ends. This means that items are not pre-made but will be created and fulfilled once the sale closes. Production and processing will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the sale period ends.

Once production is complete, all orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your package. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
